The patient received 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra Plus XC in the upper and lower lips to add fullness since patient has thin lips naturally. Patient also received a few units of botox above the upper lip to relax the muscles that create a gummy smile. The result is a pouty and enhanced smile.
